Matthias Zachert Named CFO of the Year by Chemical Week Magazine
Award recognizes best financial leadership in the industry Matthias Zachert was named CFO of the Year by Chemical Week Magazine at their 13th Annual CFO Conference held on August 5, 2008 in New York City. Zachert was also the keynote speaker at the conference, presenting on the topic of Surviving and Thriving in Today’s Financial Turbulence. "The analysts and editors chose Matthias Zachert for CFO of the year because of his outstanding contribution to the chemical industry through vision and leadership, corporate reporting and performance, social responsibility, innovation, and global competitiveness", said Chemical Week’s editor and chief Robert Westervelt.
